I am an interdisciplinary artist and creative director working through movement, choreography, and embodied practice.
My work has developed across Canada and Asia through choreography, creative direction, teaching, movement facilitation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
I return often to questions of perception and attention, and to the ways movement can become a form of inquiry, relation, and knowledge. My interests include intercultural and intergenerational exchange, choreographic thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and embodied and kinesthetic intelligence.
My background includes a BA in Dance, an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts, and an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy.
Movement remains the foundation of my practice, whether I am developing a collaborative work, facilitating a community process, teaching, or working one-to-one.
